How much is a roof inspection report?
Standard residential reports are a flat fee; larger or commercial roofs are quoted. The fee is credited back if you proceed with recommended works.
Can you inspect a house before I buy it?
Yes — we coordinate access with the agent and turn the report around before your cooling-off period ends.
Do you use a drone?
Yes, for steep, fragile or two-storey roofs, combined with an on-roof and ceiling-space check wherever it's safe.
