How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical three-bedroom home is three to five working days; larger or steeper roofs up to seven. Weather permitting — we don't open a roof with rain forecast.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
Yes. It's noisy during the day but the house stays weather-tight every night.
Do you handle council approval?
Most like-for-like replacements don't need it. Where heritage or character zoning applies, we check with council for you before quoting.
